We are seeking an ambitious and driven Client Development Manager to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of materials and paints to various project sites, ensuring timely and accurate distribution.
• Serve as the main point of contact between laborers and management, addressing needs and coordinating resources for multiple projects.
• Proactively communicate with clients, keeping them informed about project processes and timelines.
• Identify and act on opportunities to upsell additional services to clients, enhancing project scope and revenue.
• Conduct door-to-door marketing initiatives to offer free estimates, expanding our customer base.
• Facilitate introductions between potential clients and the business owner for detailed project proposals and engagements.

Requirements

• Proven experience in client relationship management, operations, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Self-motivated with a track record of meeting and exceeding goals.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with attention to detail.
• Experience in sales or marketing (social media) is highly advantageous.
